Q. What are Pre-Paid Accelerated
Reader(r) Purchase Certificates?

Pre-Paid Purchases Certificates replace the floppy diskettes
that were previously used. To redeem them, simply follow the instructions included
on the certificates. When redeeming, you have the option of either having your
order delivered electronically (to avoid shipping charges) or by mail on CD-Rom
or diskette (shipping charges will be added). Please note a surcharge may also
be added to orders shipped on diskette.
